YAWI LTD operates as a registered wholesale importer and distributor of home goods in the United States. This page explains the compliance and accessibility standards we hold ourselves to.

Product safety & regulatory compliance

  • Consumer product safety: applicable products are sourced and documented to support compliance with the Consumer Product Safety Act and CPSC general-conformity requirements.
  • California Prop 65: where required, applicable products carry the appropriate warnings and supporting documentation, reviewed with each production batch.
  • Food-contact materials: kitchenware lines that contact food are specified and documented for compliance with FDA food-contact material requirements.
  • Flammability & labeling: textile and lighting products comply with applicable federal labeling and flammability standards.

Trade & customs documentation

Every inbound shipment is accompanied by commercial invoices, packing lists and BOLs, with ISF filings and HTS classifications prepared by our import team. These records are maintained and available to authorized partners and authorities as required. We do not engage in, and do not tolerate, misdeclaration of goods, origin or value.

Intellectual property & anti-counterfeiting

All YAWI products and photography are original. We do not manufacture, import or distribute counterfeit goods, and we expect the same of our partners. Our product imagery is protected and may not be reused without written permission.

Accessibility

We are committed to making yawius.com usable by everyone, and we design toward WCAG 2.1 AA guidance — including keyboard navigation, visible focus states, text alternatives for imagery and reduced-motion support.
