These terms govern your use of the YAWI LTD website and purchases made from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About YAWI LTD

YAWI LTD is a wholesale importer and distributor of home goods with its warehouse at 4621 E Guasti Rd, Dock 1-2, Ontario, CA 91761. We serve wholesale retail partners and direct consumers.

2. Orders, pricing & minimums

All prices are quoted in US dollars. Wholesale orders are subject to the minimum order quantities (MOQs) listed per product. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote; we may update pricing, availability or minimums at any time with notice to active accounts. Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance.

3. Shipping & risk of loss

Orders ship from Ontario, CA via LTL, full truckload or FOB pickup as agreed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer at the point agreed in the sales terms. Delivery dates are estimates based on stock we hold; we are not liable for carrier delays outside our control.

4. Returns & claims

Quality is inspected before shipment. Damaged or defective product claims must be reported within five business days of delivery with photos and the packing slip. Approved claims are resolved by replacement or credit at our option. Custom and white-label orders are final sale.

5. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images and specifications accurate; minor variations in natural wood grain and weave are inherent to the materials and are not defects. Our product imagery is original to YAWI and may not be reused without permission.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to YAWI LTD and may not be copied, reproduced or republished without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YAWI LTD provides this website and its products “as is” and disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Our aggregate liability arising from any order or use of this site shall not exceed the amount paid for the products at issue.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
